  • Returns Policy for DIY Event Decor Packages

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your DIY event decor package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Unused Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
    • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within ten days of delivery.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Perishable goods such as flowers or food-based decor.
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
    • Partially used or incomplete packages.

    3. Return Process

    • Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at info@chiceventsbylaurel.com or 1(800) 577-0291. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    4. Refunds

    • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please get in touch with us at info@chiceventsbylaurel.com or 1(800) 577-0291.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.

    7. Cancellations

    • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the package has been shipped.
    • After Shipping: Our standard return policy will apply if the package has already been shipped.
